The research in the group is focused on chemical biology of processes governed or controlled by sterols. Using organic synthesis, cell biology and mass spectrometry-based proteomics we are attempting to discover new small molecule and protein regulators of cholesterol biosynthesis, metabolism and trafficking, with applications in a range of diseases.
