In the Mossin group we work with in-situ and operando spectroscopy of heterogeneous catalysts for different applications. We have specifically worked with exhaust gas cleaning.
The goal is to develop materials and understand the chemical processes and limiting factors for catalytic transformations of unwanted and polluting gases such as NOx and methane towards a cleaner environment.
Our primary tools are spectroscopy and characterization. We collaborate with DTU colleagues, academic groups at other universities and industrial partners to develop, test and investigate catalytic materials and advanced materials containing paramagnetic centers.
