PhDs completed 2013

A PhD at DTU Chemistry is a diverse research education in modern chemistry. It is a core activity for the Department. The topics range from basic research to projects in collaboration with industry as well as innovative projects that can lead to start-up companies. With a duration of 3 years the PhD projects contribute to the development of cutting edge science at the Department. At the same time, a PhD project qualifies the candidate to become a scientist or to work in a similar function in industry.

DTU Chemistry takes pride in educating PhD’s, that are not just excellent scientists, but are also able to communicate their work. A cornerstone in this regard is the annual PhD Symposium at which stakeholders from the industry are invited to attend both oral presentations and a postersession by the Departments PhD students.
